A Berks County community was one of many getting into the Fourth of July spirit today, even with some rain falling.

The city Thursday ordered all tenants out of a 12-unit apartment house in the 600 block of North Front Street where a 22-month-old boy fell three stories while riding his tricycle on the roof.
